President Alassane Ouattara of Cote d�Ivoire on Thursday laid a wreath at the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum in Accra and eulogized Ghana�s first President for his role in the birth of the Organisation of African Unity, now the African Union and integration of the African people.
