The Chairman of the Electoral Commission, Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan, has described as untrue, reports that some officials of the electoral body are helping the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) design an election rigging mechanism ahead of the 2012 polls through the biometric registration exercise.
