The Africawatch Magazine has released its controversial Political Performance Index (PPI) on 309 Ghanaian politicians with the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) MP for Dome-Kwabenya, Professor Mike Ocquaye, coming on top ahead of Ghana president John Evans Atta Mills.
