The outspoken Member of Parliament for the Lower Manya constituency, Hon. Michael Teye Nyaunu, has taken a swipe at the General Secretary of the ruling NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, saying it is unfortunate for him to describe ex-President JJ Rawlings, who once fed him as a �barking dog�.
