A former PNC Member of Parliament for Zebilla constituency in the Upper East region, John Akparibo Ndebugre, has predicted that the four-time flagbearer of the party, Dr. Edward Mahama, will poll 0. 5 per cent if he holds on to his plans to contest for the fifth time.
