An outspoken youth activist and a parliamentary hopeful of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mohammed Mubarak aka Ras Mubarak, has taken a swipe at the NPP flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) over what he describes as "stale lecture about visions" in the face of recent flood - caused- casualties.
