A 38-year-old woman who was receiving treatment at the Accident and Emergency Unit of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) was reported to have died moments after medical officers providing medical care had abandoned the wards when five policemen attacked medical officers and security men at the facility.
