The New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Nana Akufo Addo, has chastised the Mills-led administration for doling out a whopping 42million cedis to NDC stalwart Alfred Woyome as judgment debt at the expense of the numerous needs of ordinary Ghanaians.
