The Minority Caucus in Parliament on Thursday accused President Mills of having a hand in the heavily criticised GhC58 million judgment debt awarded NDC financier, Alfred Woyome saying Professor Mills� pronouncements on the matter since it broke makes him an accomplice in causing financial loss to the state.
