A former deputy Finance Minister under the Kufuor administration, Kwaku Agyemang-Manu, has served notice he is ready to square off with the Attorney General in court following a writ that mentioned him to have signed a letter which formed the basis for the payment of the controversial GhC51 million judgment debt to Alfred Woyome.
