Lawyers of beleaguered NDC finacier, Alfred Agbesi Woyome, on Tuesday afternoon filed two writs questioning the authority of the Economic and Organised Crimes Office (EOCO) to investigate the controversial GH�58 million cedi paid to him by the state.
