The embattled businessman and philanthropist, Alfred Agbesi Woyome, who was among chief mourners organsing the funeral of Marie Vivian Abla Dogbe, mother of Stanislav Xoese Dogbe of the Office of the President could not attend the event since he was languishing in cells at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) headquarters in Accra.
