Robert Kempes Ofosu-Ware, the Chief Executive of the Tema Metropolitan Assembly (TMA), has categorically denied claims that he is among prominent residents of Community 1 who knew that Christian Asem Dake aka Limping Man was residing in the neighbourhood.
