An alleged national security operative was murdered in Denkyira Obuasi in the Central Region Friday morning. The deceased, in his mid-thirties, is believed to be part of a group that was allegedly invited by the chief of the area to arrest one Mallam who the chief claims had threatened to take his life. The incident has thrown the town into a state of fear. The assembly man for the Denkyira Obuasi electoral area, William Baah told XYZ NEWS, he believes the incident is related to the current chieftaincy dispute in the area. He said the deceased�s limbs were tired when he arrived on the scene. He indicated that the matter has been reported to the police for investigations to begin.
