President Mills Inspects Projects In Central Region

President Mills is touring parts of the Central Region as he continues with his working visit to some parts of the country. The President has been assessing the state of various projects undertaken by his government under the Better Ghana Agenda. The tour took the president and his entourage to Cape Coast. He met the paramount chief of the area, Osabarima Kwasi Atta, where he addressed his supporters congratulating them for the peaceful manner they have conducted themselves in the ongoing biometric registration exercise. President Mills went on to inspect a Community Health Clinic at Nkanfua, also in Cape Coast. XYZ News� Central regional correspondent, Mohammed Awal reports that the president also inspected the completed Amamoma Community Centre and another at Kwaprow which is still under construction. Another project inspected in Cape Coast was the Nyinasin Teachers Quarters which has also been completed. The president thanked the people in the areas visited for their support and expressed satisfaction at the progress made on the biometric voters registration exercise in the region. President Mills also went to Otuam in the Mfantsiman District where he interacted with the chiefs and people of the area. He also interacted with election officers at the Methodist Junior High School polling station. President Mills then moved on to Mankessim where he met with chiefs of the area and the queenmother, Nana Ama Amissah, who is also the president of the Queenmothers Association of Ghana.
