A presenter of Oman FM, Fiifi Boafo, on whose show the MP for Assin North, Kennedy Agyapong, made those inciting comments, meets the Police Criminal Investigations Department (CID) later today.
Mr. Boafo has told Citifmonline.com that he was due for questioning last Friday, but because of lack of time on his part the �meeting� was rescheduled to today.
�I believe it�s related to Hon. Agyapong�s case and I�ll be there on Monday to assist with investigations as a good citizen. A personnel of the CID was in my office last week and left a note to that effect,� the presenter said.
Hon. Agyapong was arrested and detained until last Thursday over comments he made on Mr. Boafo�s programme, that the police believe have the tendency to cause mayhem in Ghana ahead of the December elections.
He has been charged with treason felony, terrorism acts and genocide and currently on a GhC400, 000 bail.
