The National Petroleum Authority has assured consumers that fuel will be available at the various pump stations today. Fuel stations in parts of Accra have run out of petrol for the past three days. The National Petroleum Authority explains that the cause of the shortage has been rectified. �We don�t have a shortage in fuel in the country, we happened was a difficulty in supplying to the tankers,� Yaro Kasambata, the Public Relations Officer of the National Petroleum Authority. According to Mr. Kasambata, there was a challenge with supplying tankers that had placed their orders for fuel from the previous week. The problem has however been resolved.
