The Tema Divisional Police Commander has called on residents of the Tema Metropolis to assist them in the identification of suspected criminals. Several suspected armed robbers will on Thursday be paraded before the public as the Police Command steps up efforts to clamp down on crime in the area. The Public Relations Officer of the Tema Police Command, Corporal Joseph Barabu, said residents who assist with the identification process, should be assured of maximum protection. �The victims of these arm robbers will be protected by the police," he said. He added that although he can understand the fear of the people who tormented their lives it will be an occasion for them to help and facilitate the police work. The suspects were apprehended during a police raid by the Tema Divisional command some weeks ago.
