Hearts of Oak midfielder Laryea Kingston has been singled out for praise by the club�s goalkeepers� trainer Abubakar Damba for his work ethic. The 31-year-old has shown exemplary life on the training ground worth emulating by his team mates. His energy and assertiveness has caught the eyes of the technical team. �When it comes to training, Laryea does not joke around at all and that has been his hallmark since he returned to the squad,� Damba told the club�s official newspaper. �He has seen it all and we all thought that he was going to be a problem because he might feel too big to kowtow to us but that has never been the case. �As a footballer, all you need apart from your prayers is good training and he is always first to report to training even if he is not with us in camp.� Kingston joined Hearts in January on a free transfer.
