The Chief Executive of the Ghana National Gas Company, George Adjah Yankey, says the production of gas in commercial quantities will save the country's forest, ensure stable supply of power and generate foreign exchange.
Speaking at the launch of Oil and Gas Year Ghana 2012, a book on the country's oil resource, Mr. Yankey said the move will promote investment, create employment and transform the economy into a middle income status.
