From The Great Cape Judgement Debt File (1)

Ablakwas Transparency & Full Disclosure Press Confab More Missing Links Pop Up! The New Crusading GUIDE, on Wednesday, July 18th, published a copy of Dr. Nat Tanohs 20th September, 2011 letter to NPP Flagbearer, Nana Akufo Addo, soliciting the latters assistance in the authentication of an 18th April, 2001 letter authored and signed by him (Nana Akufo Addo). We deemed the failure of Government to make Dr. Tanohs 20th September, 2011 letter available to the media at its 16th July, 2012 press conference as a serious omission relative to its declared policy of promoting transparency and full disclosure, particularly when it (government) had opted to make public the Nana Akufo Addos 18th April 2011 and 3rd October, 2011 letters on the Great Cape Companys quest for the payment of $1.3m judgment debt. Transparency and full disclosure must necessarily lead to the publication of the full compliment of the relevant and appropriate documents which was unfortunately not what happened last Monday when the Ministry of Information held its transparency and full disclosure press confab. It is in the same spirit that The New Crusading GUIDE has decided to serialise relevant correspondence and documents on the Great Cape Companys over three decades quest for a judgment debt occasioned by an abrogation of a contract to supply clinker to the Ghana National Procurement Agency (GNPA) by the erstwhile General Akufo-led Supreme Military Country regime in 1978.
