French Ligue 1 side Olympique Marseille have confirmed Ghana star Andre Ayew is complaining of a groin injury. The 22-year-old is recovering from a shoulder injury he suffered in February during Ghana�s 2012 Nations Cup campaign. He is on the verge of regaining full fitness and has played in two pre-season friendly matches against Benfica and Nimes Olympique. But the winger has complained of another setback at training and Marseille doctors will assess the extent of the injury. �Leyti N�diaye complains of the Achilles tendon and Andre Ayew complains of groin,� a club statement read.
