Hearts of Oak Eulogize Departed President J.E.A Mills

Hearts of Oak have expressed shock and disbelief at the death of Ghana President John Evans Atta Mills. The late Mills was a one-time board chairman of the Accra giants and played a crucial role in developing football in the country. The general manager of the Phobians, Ashford Tettey Oku, in a statement said: As the second Phobian personality to have risen to the highest office of the land after General Joseph Arthur Ankrah, Prof. or Uncle Fiifi as he was popularly known, served the club in various capacities before he attained the chairmanship of the board. He added: He was a visionary who served the club with humility, decency and integrity. We are particularly saddened because we will sorely miss the behind-the-scene wise counseling of a true Phobian. We further call on all Phobians to spare a moment of prayer for the departed soul of a national hero, the Hearts boss stated.
