Johnson Asiedu-Nketia, the General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC says the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) doctored the controversial secret tape attributed to the party�s National Organizer, Yaw Boateng Gyan. Boateng Gyan has been implicated in a secret tape recording in which he is said to have promised party loyalists soft loans and National Security identification cards to enable them do a yet to-be-instructed job during the December polls.
