EC Gives Nod To Yes People's Party

The Electoral Commission (EC) has finally given the nod to the Yes People's Party (YPP), to become a fully fledged and registered political party in Ghana. The party with the motto, "Te-Na-Fa and keep profits in Ghana," is a party based on national love. At a ceremony to officially present certificate of registration to the founder, Deputy Chairman in charge of Finance and Administration of the Electoral Commission, Sulley Amadu, said the final certificate will afford the new party the chance to operate and participate in Ghana's politics. He asked the leadership of the party to furnish the Commission with offices and location within 90 days as stipulated in the electoral laws of the land. The party must also outdoor it's national, regional and constituency executives within the same period.
