Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan has given each member of the country�s female U20s a million Naira for shinning at the World Cup. Jonathan played host to the paralympians and the Falconets at the State House Banquet Hall in Abuja on Saturday. The Falconets came fourth at the just concluded U20 Women�s World Cup in Japan, where they were beaten by eventual champions USA in the semi-final. The athletes who represented Nigeria at the just concluded Paralympics Games in London and won gold will each receive five million Naira and a national award, while silver medallists will receive three million Naira. Bronze medallists are to get two million Naira. The paralympians won six gold medals among a total of 13 medals.
