J.A Plant Pool Ghana Limited, the sole representative of leading manufacturers of heavy duty equipment, trucks and buses in Ghana, has been awarded the best Yutong Excellent Service Provider of 2011 and Yutong�s Four-Star Service Provider of 2011 in Accra. The awards, which were presented by Zhengzhou Yutong Bus, China, were based on the Yutong buses inventory on the Ghanaian market, sustainability of the sales market, spare parts selling task, sales order and its availability in Ghana. The Overseas Sales Manager for Zhengzhou Yutong Bus, Hu Feng Jin confirmed that J.A Plant Pool, the sole dealers of Yutong buses in Ghana, had imported about 1,000 units of its buses to Ghana and set up large-scale service centers in Accra and all the regional capitals. He added the company also serves as a spare parts warehouse supplying parts to different areas in Ghana and some West African countries. The Managing Director of J.A Plant Pool, Lolu Akindele, in his statement, noted that the company aims to work hard to improve its excellent after-sales-services to be awarded the Five-Star Service Provider of 2012. He said the company and its suppliers pay attention to the training of local drivers and maintenance staff. A total of nearly 400 bus drivers and mechanics have been trained for free. He stated that Yutong has gradually become a household name for buses in Ghana, greatly improving the image of �made in China products� in the minds of Ghanaians.
