Stanbic Bank Introduces Executive Banking

Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited has introduced a new product targeted at the middle and upper class with a package that includes travel insurance and life protection covers. The product, the Stanbic Executive Banking, is the latest in the bank�s range of products and services and is aimed at meeting the target audience�s need for convenience in banking It was launched in Accra on Thursday. Some of the invited guests at the function had the opportunity to open and reactivate their accounts using ipads on the spot. The Managing Director of Stanbic Bank Ghana, Mr Alhassan Andani, said at the launch that the introduction of the Stanbic Executive Banking reinforced the bank�s desire to tailor its services towards the individual needs of clients. �We are the biggest bank in Africa and we are here to stay. But to do that, we need to develop products that meet the increasing needs of Africa�s middle and upper class and that is what the Stanbic Executive Banking product is aimed at,� Mr Andani said at the function which was graced by selected business executives in the country. While reiterating the bank�s commitment to meeting the needs of its varied clients, the Stanbic MD said the product was devised after series of studies conducted by the bank on the needs, problems and aspirations of the middle and upper class in terms of modern day bank. �After the studies, we realised that the this segment of the market needed a product that can meet convenience reduce their time spent in the banking hall. That is what the Stanbic Executive Banking product is meant to address,� Mr Andani added.
