Living Condition Of Teachers To Be Improved- DCE

The Chief Executive for Gomoa West District Assembly, Theophilus Aidoo-Mensah has assured teachers of Oguaa Junior High School (JHS) of a new teacher quarters to improve their accommodation conditions in the area. According to him, the role of teachers in every developing society cannot be under estimated hence his outfit was doing possible everything possible to ensure that the living conditions of teachers in the area were raised to preferred standard. Mr. Aidoo-Mensah gave the assurance when commissioning a 3-unit classroom block for the Oguaa JHS as part of the assembly�s effort to eliminate school under trees and improve teaching and learning in the district. He however called for support and total collaboration from all stakeholders to ensure that school under trees becomes a thing of the past not only in the area but also the country as a whole. The DCE further admonished beneficiaries to take advantage of government continuous strive to improve education and focus on their studies since they are the future leaders of our dear nation.
