Former Asante Kotoko striker Ahmed Toure is ready to take on Egyptian side El Gouna who announced he is HIV/AIDS positive. The Ivorian has released the report of a test taken at the Al Moktabar Laboratories in Cairo on August 9, 2012 and signed by Dr Hend El Sherbini which he tested negative. He has decided to seek justice from FIFA if the club is found to be behind the spreading of the false information about his health.
