Occupants of a building belonging to Prophet Daniel Nkansah, leader and founder of the New Vision Party(NVP) have allegedly been ejected due to discrepancies surrounding the actual owner of the land.
Allegedly, a woman (name withheld) visited the premises with policemen demanding ownership of the land on Thursday afternoon.
Speaking in an interview with Peace Fm in the mid-day news bulletin, Prophet Nkansah said he has the documents to prove he was the legal and rightful owner of the land.
Explaining his side of the story, Prophet Nkansah said due to lack of understanding between himself and the woman, the issue was taken to court where he provided various documents and land title certificates to which the court ruled in his favour.
However, the woman appeared again with policemen and ejected all the occupants.
Nonetheless, after reporting to the Odorkor police with all the documents as well as a court order restraining the woman from trespassing on the land, the building was given back to the occupants.
"I am not surprised that this is happening...but there is nothing that God cannot do", he said.
