Diamond Appiah, known in showbiz circles as Diamond, who has received quite a number of reviews in the music arena recently, may incur the wrath of the leadership of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) for openly declaring her support for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, John Mahama.
Diamond, who has brought her own glamour to showbiz in Ghana, told 'Beatwaves' in a chat that she declared her support for John Mahama because she believed in his ideology and that he was more realistic when it came to issues.
Diamond disclosed that her team had already intensified its campaign in some parts of the country, urging the youth to rally behind John Mahama (JM). She added that she wanted the youth to vote massively for John Mahama because he had very good plans for the creative arts industry.
