President Mahama Appeals To Clergy To Be Moderating Force In Storm Of Upheavals In The Country

President John Dramani Mahama has directed all churches to observe a day of fasting and prayer on the last Sunday before elections. Accordingly he has appealed to all Religious leaders to serve as the conscience of political leaders in the heat of political discourse. The President was speaking at a Breakfast Prayer session with a number of Pastors and Religious faithful at the Castle. Special Intercessory Prayers were made for the country, political leaders and for the President.
