Business Bites 2012 organized by Quality Role Ghana, a business consultancy firm in partnership with Quality Role FZ LLC and Ministry of Education of United Arab Emirates has ended in Dubai. Mr. Emmanuel Leslie Addae, acting Country Director of QualityRole Ghana in an interview with the Ghana News Agency in Accra, said the objective of the event was to train and empower business executives on how to appreciate soft skills. He said it was also equipped them with skills that would enable them put into practice in today�s global business environment allowing them to fit smoothly into organizations of all kinds and add value to the organization. Mr. Addae said QualityRole is a company that offers professional development and business opportunities to professionals in Dubai and in Ghana that would equip business executives with advanced knowledge and an appreciation of how these are put into practice in the global business. �Quality Role FZ LLC will always add value to the educational credentials of business professionals in Ghana,� he added. Mr Addae urged the participants to put into practice what they have learnt at their workplaces. He noted that it was not always easy to be creative in pressurized working environment but it was important for Managers to take some days out to learn and experience professional training from qualified trainers. He said the event gave opportunities mangers to connect with the world of work, which allowed them to gain invaluable insights from practicing managers and their organizations to make an impact in the workplace.
