A twenty-one-year old man has been beheaded by his brother at Asamankese in the Eastern Region.
Somi Dapler, 22, beheaded his 21-year-old brother, Somi Atow, for allegedly accusing him of witchcraft.
According to Peace FM's Eastern Regional corespondent, Michael Akrofie, both brothers were heard arguing a night before the incident but neighbours could not understand their local dialect to know what they were arguing about.
Neighbours who saw Somi Atow lying in a pool of blood, alerted the police, leading to the arrest of Somi Dapler.
Upon interrogation, Somi Dapler admitted to the crime, adding, his brother accused him of killing their father with witchcraft and being the cause of their misfortunes.
Not happy with what his brother said, he (Somi Dapler) decided to take the law into his own hands.
