Son, 37, Arrested After 'Trying To Stab His Parents'
A 37-year-old son of a Coventry couple has been arrested on suspicion of trying to stab his parents to death in their home.
The couple, aged in their sixties, are in hospital after they were knifed in Stoke Heath, Coventry.
Their son was arrested and has since been detained under the Mental Health Act.
The man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder on Wednesday at 4.25pm and driven away by police, the Coverntry Telegraph reported.
Police said the couple were in a stable condition yesterday.
