Citi Business News can confirm that the Managing Director of Kasapreko Company Limited, Mr. Martyn Mensah, has resigned. It is unclear what led to the decision but his resignation took effect from 28th February. Mr. Martyn Mensah joined the Board of Directors of Kasapreko in January, 2003 as an Executive Director. He has specialist knowledge in Corporate Strategy Development & Implementation, Business Development Services, Strategic Marketing and Project Management. He has been involved in a number of major consulting assignments, mainly leading interventions in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Organizational Re-engineering, Operational Efficiency Improvement and Change Management. He obtained his B.Sc. (Hons.) degree (Electrical & Electronic Engineering) and MBA both in London. He has worked as a Risk Analyst in National Westminster Bank (U.K.), Systems Analyst in Lombard Tricity Finance Ltd. (U.K.), Bank of Ghana from 1991-1993. From July 1993 to July 1998, he rose through managerial positions at MultiChoice Limited from Business Development Officer - Operations Supervisor- Operations Manager- Sales & Marketing Manager then to General Manager. He then became a partner at BDC Consulting. He was the 10th Ghana�s Most Respected CEO in last year�s rankings of top CEOs in the country.
