The Deputy Majority Leader, Alfred Agbesi and the PNC General Secretary Bernad Monarh have welcomed the minority�s decision to be present at the presentation of the 2013 budget statement. Mr. Agbesi said it is good that the minority has seen reason to participate in the budget presentation and that they look forward to the debate on the budget. He first reacted to the Minority Leader Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu �s Comment when he rose to support the motion on the budget statement. While commending them for the decision to be in the chamber for the presentation of the budget Bernard Mornah said the Minority leader Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu should have seized the opportunity to apologize to Ghanaians over their boycotts in the past.
