Samsung Journey of Wonder Youth Tour at Africa Forum 2013

Samsung Electronics has invited and will be hosting learners from private, public, and underprivileged schools at the Samsung Africa Forum 2013, taking place in Cape Town this week. Learners from all walks of life will have the opportunity to experience Samsung�s innovative technology first hand, with the focus of demonstrating how sustainable product use can have a positive impact on their personal lives,education and the economy. �We want to provide learners with the chance to engage with advanced technologies that can empower them to live a brighter future in the inter-connected world. Having access to specialists in the field will give them greater understanding of how pervasive technology has become in every aspect of our lives,� says Lucy Jones, Corporate Marketing Lead for Samsung Electronics Africa. Samsung aims to host a significant number of school children at the expo centre. This tour will include the Samsung Solar Powered Internet School and Smart School zones. These initiatives underpin Samsung�s commitment in investing in the syouth and supporting their educational needs. Interactive information sessions, hosted by specialist trainers, will simulate real-life scenarios that will showcase how technology can enhance the learning experience in the areas of mathematics, music, art and history. �Samsung is passionate about offering a smarter life with no limitations, for all.
