The 2012 Vice Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is reported to be involved in a serious ccident in Bole in the Northern region.
According to information, he has been flown to Accra and is said to be receiving treatment.
His aide Kwabena Boadu is also believed to have been injured in the accident.
They are both receiving treatment in Accra.
According to reports, Dr Bawumia was in the company of the National Chairman Jake Otanka Obetsebi Lamptey.
