Kwesi Nyantakyi Optimistic Black Stars Will Qualify For 2014 World Cup

The President of the Ghana Football Association Kwesi Nyantakyi is very optimistic the Black Stars will beat Sudan to clear their chances of qualifying for the World Cup for the third successive time. According to Kwesi Nyantakyi, the team must get a better score line against the Sudanese in Kumasi to clinch the only qualification ticket from group D despite their trail to Zambia. We want to make a win; we dont have to make a statement. We want to win, win and win convincingly. If we win and get a good score line, we get points and goals, that is more important than any commentary that will be run on the score line, he said. The usual package we have discussed with the players and they are aware so its not an issue. I think they are happy with it, Nyantakyi assured the players of their bonus. Ghana's squad will depart Accra for Kumasi on Wednesday, where they will continue with their build up towards their 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier match against Sudan on Sunday.
