Mr. Tuinese Edward Amuzu, a legal practitioner by profession, has dragged the Ghana Medical Association before an Accra High Court, praying that the court declares the strike action by members of the association as illegitimate.
According to him, he is presently in court awaiting on the court to decide on the matter.
Speaking to Okay FM, the legal luminary advised the general public not to read political meanings into his solo action.
He disclosed that the writ he filed is based on the strike action undertaken by members of the Ghana Medical Association.
Lawyer Tuinese Edward Amuzu claimed the recent strike action by the doctors was unlawful and had to call it off.
