Investigations are still are ongoing, the statement noted. It said the bank has recently invested in appropriate tools to monitor and detect such anomalies from a central point. This indeed helped in detecting this particular incident. We want to reassure our numerous customers and the general public that this matter is under control, the statement concluded.
