VIDEO: Bawumia Tells Tsatsu Tsikata: "You May Actually Be Misleading Yourself"

The main witness of the petitioners in the ongoing Supreme Court petition challenging the declaration of John Mahama, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has frantically told counsel for the 3rd respondent, Tsatsu Tsikata that it would be totally wrong for him to assume that the petitioners duplicated exhibits and filed them deliberately to deceive the highest court of the land. During Thursdays cross examination session, counsel for the third respondent was seen and heard telling Dr. Bawumia that the exhibits that he filed only looked like they were more than 11,000 because you have duplicated and triplicated. Tsatsu Tsikata further revealed in court that he was next to deal with exhibits of the petitioners which had also been quadrupled after he had dealt with the matter of duplications and triplication. But in a straight answer to him, the witness informed him that there would be no purpose to deliberately do such an act to deceive the court knowing very well that such a thing wouldnt affect the results of the analysis. However the answer didnt stop Mr. Tsikata from interjecting with statements such as you deliberately did that to deceive the court about what you were offering in evidence before this court. Mr. Tsikatas words drew a sharp reaction from Dr. Bawumia who also replied that definitely not. You may actually be misleading yourself but as far as I am concerned, we are not misleading the court. Watch The Video Below
