The Public Relations Manager of the Presbyterian Church, Dr. Emmanuel Osei Acheampong, has debunked rumours that the church is doing all it can to shield Rev. Kingsford Kusi-Kyere from any form of shame should he be liable for stimulating the penises of seven men until they released semen. The seven young men were reported to have said that Rev. Kingsford Kusi-Kyere of the Abokobi Presby Church had approached them at separate times and stimulated their penises with his palms and a lubricant until they ejaculated. Though Rev. Kusi-Kyere has denied the accusations of penis stimulation, News One newspaper reported that the accused was caught on a secret video recording giving an amount of GHC1,000 (ten million old cedis) to one of his victims to kill the story. In an interview with Okay FM, Dr. Emmanuel Osei Acheampong revealed that the church only learnt of the scandal from the reportage the News One newspaper put out and they had since acted on it to restore the image of the church. He was quick to point out that it was unfortunate on the part of the publishers to allege that �the Church has surprisingly closed one eye on this incident and seems to be attempting to cover up the issue.� �As a church that frowns upon such a thing, we have started an investigation into the matter�, he posited. He pledge on behalf of the elders of the church to make sure they thoroughly investigated the matter to make sure anyone who has an hand in the scandal, is brought to shame.
