Yougora Software Startup Launched

Software startup Yougora has formally been launched at the British Council Hall in Accra, with the aim of becoming a competitive brand in the country and Africa. Developed by Yougora Company Limited, the application enables clients to shop on the internet and incorporates various components of buying and selling, advertising, payment and delivery among others. At the launch was Ms Estelle Akofio Sowah, the Google Ghana Manager who said she was very happy about the initiative of the entrepreneurs. She expressed excitement about the success of the project and noted that Ghana is quickly solving its problems by technological means. In addition to Yougora, 233Law and Issues Post application softwares were also launched. 233Law is a civic educational tool that enables users to access the constitution of Ghana on their mobile phones, grants access to a library of Rights and also allows clients to ask some selected lawyers questions that border on their rights. The other which is the Issues Post enables users to post their problems, complains and praises about a company or product.
