A memorial lecture has been held at Wa in the Upper West Region to mark the first anniversary of the demise of late President, Professor John Atta Mills. The lecture is one of series of activities lined up by the Regional Coordinating Council to observe the anniversary. A lecturer at the University for Development Studies, Wa campus, Dr John Gasu who delivered the lecture said late President Mills did not only preach political tolerance but practised it to the admiration of all Ghanaians.
