Tsatsu Tsikata Is Both An Ungrateful Ex-Prisoner And An Ungrateful Lawyer

Former New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Ahafo Ano South, Stephen Balado Manu has labeled the lead counsel for the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the just ended Election Petition, Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata as an Ungrateful being. According to him its legally menopausal and infantile for Tsatsu Tsikata to accuse a Supreme Court judge of bias in the just dismissed election petition. Last Saturday on TV3's news analysis programme, Hot Issues, Mr Tsikata told show host, Kwesi Pratt Jnr, that Justice Anin-Yeboah, allowed his political affiliations to cloud his judgment. Mr. Tsikata said Justice Anim-Yeboah consistently took an opposing stance against the NDCs arguments and position as far as the case was concerned, from the onset. According to him, he was not really surprised by Justice Anin-Yeboahs persistent and consistent opposition to the stance of the NDC because he was appointed to the Supreme Court by former President John Agyekum Kufuor of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Calls on him to render an unqualified apology to the judge and Ex-President Kufuor have fallen on deaf ears as Tsikata insists what he said about Justice Annin-Yeboah is "factual". Adding, Why Should I apologise to the former President (Kufuor)? Speaking on Asempa FM, Mr. Balado Menu opined that, Mr. Tsikata refusal to apologize to former President Kufuor shows how arrogant and ungrateful he is after been granted amnesty by the former President. If he has issues with (ex-) President Kufour, he should state it clearly. While he was in prison, it was former President Kufuor who granted him amnesty. Tsatsu Tsikata should thank ex-president for the presidential amnesty rather than the accusation. He should respect him. He (Tsatsu Tsikata) said he owes no one an apology including President Kufourthis can only come from an ungrateful person. I find Tsatsu Tsikata as an ungrateful lawyer and an ungrateful ex-prisoner.
