Araba Tagoe Defies Mosquito: Bagbin Is A Hypocrite, Greedy & SelfishHe Should Stop Thinking Of His Stomach

When General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia called a truce on the media war between some government appointees and party communicators on one hand and the Member of Parliament for Nadowli-Kaleo, Alban Kinsford Sumana Bagbin, on the other hand, over the latters strong criticisms of President John Dramani Mahamas administration, all parties were expected to ceasefire. Asiedu-Nketia, speaking on PeaceFM on Tuesday, revealed that a committee had been set up to go into the matter. We call on ministers, communicators, Members of Parliament and supporters to desist from further commenting on the issue. I can only call on all to cease fire, he said, adding that the party would resort to its internal mechanism for resolving conflict. But it appears his call for cool heads has been scoffed at. NDC Deputy Western Regional Women's Organizer, Araba Tagoe, defied his General Secretarys call for a cessation of hostilities when she launched a blistering attack on the former Minority and Majority leader. if Alban Bagbin claims to have come out to chastise the President in the media because he could not have access to him, then he comes across as a hypocrite who is looking out for his interest to the detriment of everyone else and the NDC party. He is part of the Northern Regional caucus so if he claims not have access to the President, cant he get the Chief of Staff, if he cant get to the Chief of Staff, then cant he reach the President on phone or the Presidents number has gone missing from his phone? she asked rather sarcastically. The NDC firebrand further opined that Hon. Bagbins remarks are just a well calculated attempt to get him a juicy ministerial appointment, claiming that he (Bagbin) put up similar conduct during the tenure of the late President John Evans Atta Mills. It was the same thing he did to the late President (Mills). It was the same day and the same month. What he said that time was, the likes of Ato Ahoi had overbearing power over the Presidency and are not allowing anyone else to see the President. He has repeated this same claim in the same day and month this time. Bagbin is an opportunist. He is greedy and selfish. I want to tell Bagbin to stop thinking of his stomach and concentrate on the job given him, Araba Tagoe fumed during an interview on Neat FMs flagship program Me Man Nti.
