Charles Owusu, believes if the NDC government would tap into the vast knowledge of Dr. Papa Kwesi Ndoum, and use it as a manual, there is no way they would fail the nation. According to him, the leader of the PPP has carved a niche for himself as a trailblazer in business and the chief corner stone of modern day politics in Ghana. He posited on Adom FM that Dr. Nduom should be credited for the implementation of the Single Spine Salary Structure, a public sector salary reform, while he was the Minister for Public Sector Reforms in the erstwhile Kufuor government. Mr. Owusu also added that Dr. Nduom�s good works saw the US government release over $500 million to the government of Ghana for various development projects under the Millennium Challenge Account. He ended by advising government to quickly draw closer to the PPP leader and seek his opinions on how to run the nation at this crucial moment.
